What Is CBT?
The focus in CBT is the relationship between your believes, thoughts , emotions and behaviors.
What Is DBT?
DBT is similar to CBT as your therapist will help you with your thoughts, feelings and behaviors. In addition, DBT interventions focus on your five senses, every day awareness, current moment of being here and now, meditation and non-judgement.
What Is Psychoanalysis ?
Psychodynamic interventions help to establish a link between your childhood interactions with your social circle, family and cultural upbringing and your current behavioral and emotional reactions.
Do You Accept Out of Network or Private Pay?
Fees: Private pay: Cost per session is $175
$500 per 4 sessions paid upfront. We accept Zelle
ESA and PST (emotional support animal and psychiatric support animal) evaluations and authorizations are $250 flat fee.
If you participate in an out of network insurance plan, we will supply you with a monthly receipt that will include all the information the insurance companies require. Most EPO and PPO plans pay a reimbursement once the deductible has been reached.
